The Multi Faceted-ness of Your Calling

Hey BAE’s! It’s been about a year since I wrote “Meant for More: The Multi Faceted-ness of Your Calling.” I graduated college and I’m working full time now. Truthfully, this introduction into adult-ing has been a little rough, but thank you Lord for always providing!!

Going into my sixth month at work has brought back the question of “what’s next?”

My answer to that is still I don’t know what’s to come, but what I do know is that God’s got me no matter what. I’m grateful for the job and circumstances I’m in because at one point, they’re what I prayed for.

Meeting Him Halfway

Though it’s not needed and God will very much meet you where you are, it still requires work on our end to execute His plans. Getting a job not only required prayer, but the action of actually applying to various jobs I saw fit.

Again, I’m in a season of transition. I’m thinking of what’s next for me in terms of my career, relationships, and my contribution to BAE Collective. It’s still a little frightening to be in a place of uncertainty after getting into a routine, but like I’ve said before, it’s also super exciting! And I’m so so so excited for you all to come along on this journey with me, with us!

As my prayers become more specific and are spoken about boldly, my trust in the Lord’s plans for my life only grows stronger. There’s no rush when it comes to His timing. Nothing ever comes too early or too late if it comes from Him, for Him.

Your version of meeting halfway might be similar to mine: freely writing a list of goals then praying over them. It could be taking up new hobbies or telling your friends who can pray for and with you about whatever it is you’re looking into!

Wherever you are with your walk, I’m proud of you! Even if you’ve only achieved the small things on your list of goals, your progress and accomplishments matter!

Personally, there’s still so much I want to do, learn, and see. And it’s okay that I haven’t gotten it all figured out yet.

I just wanna remind you how much power your words and prayers have. They can affect not only you, but those around you. I encourage you to step into a place of vulnerability and boldness in order to fulfill the calling God has for you!

Reminder pt. 2 when stepping into boldness, don’t forget to guard your heart and to put on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:13-20).

Praying for and love you always,

Angeli <3
