Sprinkles of Encouragement: Just Try It

I’m not a very athletic person. I played badminton for about two years in high school and I try to go to the gym when I can. Sports is something I like to watch. I really have a good time just watching my friends play and being their cheerleader.

Recently, I’ve been playing volleyball with some friends every week. I don’t like putting myself in situations where I could get injured or if I don’t think I’d do very well; I would rather just not join. But I just had to get over myself.

What I’ve learned through this is that God definitely opens up unexpected opportunities to build and create friendships, even at the expense of getting hit. As long as we’re all having fun, right? 🥴

My sprinkle of encouragement for you today is to just try it!

You truly never know what can come out of getting out of your comfort zone and making new friends, especially those who can also encourage you in your Walk.

Praying for and loving you always (also please pray for me because volleyball has me soreee),

Angeli <3
